- These terms and conditions apply to all users of the www.thefairytalecompany.com, a website owned and operated by The Fairytale Group and referred to as the 'Website' for the remainder of this document. By using any part of the Website, registering, placing an order, submitting a comment or entering a competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please note that these terms and conditions may be amended or update at any time and without notice. - Delivery
- All products are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a trackable service delivering within the UK. Please alow 2-3 days for delivery. A signature will be requested on receipt. If you are not in at the time of delivery, the Royal Mail will leave a card with details for arranging a re-delivery or collection at your nearest sorting office.
Please note, collections and deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays or Sundays. Please allow additional time, if ordering on or near public holidays or during Sale periods. For deliveries to Islands and the far North please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery to avoid disappointment. For detailed delivery times to specific regions see the Royal Mail website.
Dependent upon the shipping location, we are able to despatch to most EU conties. Shipping cost will be visible on the checkout page once you have filled in delivery details. All orders will be shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.
All products are shipped fully trackable and your purchase is insured whilst in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you do not receive the goods in person then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package. - Returns & refunds
- We very much hope that you won’t be disappointed by your purchase, but sometimes things just don’t work out. In the rare event that you are not absolutely in love with a product you bought from us please do not hesitate to contact us. You find our contact information here. Please note that we will only refund items that qualify against the terms set out below.
Any items purchased at our normal full retail price from our website may be returned to us for refund or exchange within 90 days of receipt. Sale items or products purchased under ‘Special Promotions’ that involve a reduction in price from the normal retail price must be returned within 14 days. Returned items must be sent back unworn and in their original condition with labels and tags intact.You need to send your returns to this adress: UK: The Fairytale Company. Faulty goods must be returned as soon you become aware of the fault. Fulty goods will be send to the manufacturer for inspection. If upon inspection the manufacturer finds a fault that could not have been caused by the customer, repairs will then be made under the manufacturer's warranty.
You will be refunded for the item that you return at the price you paid for the item if the item is in their original condition. Please allow up to 14 days for a refunds to be processed and additional 1-2 working days for the amount to be shown on your statemen - Privacy & Security

- By placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions here stated. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Pricing and availability: All prices for goods and services on this Website are displayed in €, and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges may be applied on a per order basis – the total cost of your order will include the cost of goods and delivery charges minus any promotional discount (if applicable). All prices displayed are subject to change without warning.
Eligibility: In order to purchase goods or services from this Website you must be over 18 years of age and have a valid debit or credit card. In placing an order you warrant that all details provided by you are true and accurate, that you are the authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place the order and that sufficient funds are available to complete the order. The Fairytale Group retains the right to refuse any order made by you.
Payment: Upon receiving your order we will conduct standard pre-authorization checks on your payment card to ensure that sufficient funds are available to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited once your order has been confirmed (see below).
Contract: On placing an order with us you will receive an email from order@thefairytalecompany.com acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that your order is subject to availability and this email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Once your items have been picked and readied for delivery we will send you a confirmation email which will constitute our contract with you to supply the goods and services detailed within the email.
Shipping: Despatch times may vary and are subject to availability of stock. Our delivery guarantees are limited to EU and may be subject to delays outside of our control. We will not be held responsible for services supplied by third parties or delays within the postal network. Discounts: From time to time we may offer discount codes to our registered customers; such codes are governed by the terms and conditions explicitly set out against them.
